| Bank Holidays - Bargain break rates are unavailable for stays of less than 2 nights. We charge £3 pppn supplement for Bed & Breakfast (only) reservations on the following inclusive nights 2nd - 4th April, 30th April - 1st May, 28th - 30th May and 27th - 29th August. |
| Deposits - Rooms are offered subject to them being available upon receipt of deposit. 1-3 nights £20pp, 4-6 nights £30pp, 1 week £40pp. Child deposits are £10 for any period. |
| Cancellations - If a confirmed booking is cancelled and we are able to re-let the room without loss, the total deposit will be returned minus a £10 re-letting charge. Should we suffer a loss, or be unable to re-let, the limit of your liability to us will be no more than the deposit paid. (The only exception is our Xmas and New Year prmgrammes). |
