The Kiwi Hotel, situated just 100m from the seafront on the West Cliff in Bournemouth, has been under the same family ownership for over 47 years. A busy hotel, we have recently remodelled our restaurant, bar and function suite for you to enjoy any celebration whether it be a Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Banquet or Party.
Wellington Suite
A new bigger dance floor and enlarged seating area means that this completely refurbished suite can accommodate between 30-80 guests. Available until late, the Wellington Suite is an excellent venue for any private celebration with or without our chef's fantastic food!
Restaurant
We cater for groups from 20-80 in our attractive, modern restaurant. Specialising in lunches and dinners, your special buffets and served meals can all be reserved here. We are pleased to provide individual table layouts to suit your party - whether formal or casual.
Wedding Receptions
- Our bright modern restaurant provides the ideal location for your Wedding Breakfast. There is seating for up to 80 guests in a comfortable banquet arrangement.
- Meal prices include a welcoming glass of wine or soft drink upon arrival.
- We provide a cloakroom and bar for use of guests.
- We are happy to arrange, entertainment, flowers, cakes, place names and seating plans and we can advise on drinks and wines.
- We offer the wedding couple a complimentary nights accommodation in the hotel.
- For weddings continuing into the evening our Wellington Suite - for up to 80 guests - is available with a bar and several superb food options, ranging from a delicious finger buffet up to the Chef's excellent carvery.
- Special discounted overnight rates are available for wedding guests.
- The Wellington Suite is the ideal venue for the entertainment of your choice - please ask for details / ideas.
- We realise the importance of this day to the Bride & Groom and their respective families and promise our close personal attention to your particular requirements at all times.

- We offer a bespoke planning service for your particular function
- For seated meals from 20-80 we offer either our main Restaurant or our private Wellington Suite. Both with bar service
- We are used to organising special meals and various entertainments (Cabaret, Discotheque, Live artists etc) please ask
- Guests attending the function enjoy a 10% reduction on accommodation
